By creating an account or placing an order on Ololo Express, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, maintaining account security, and paying for orders placed. Orders must not be placed for prohibited items. Fraudulent orders or chargebacks without legitimate reason may result in account suspension.
Sellers must accurately describe products, fulfil orders within the committed timeframe, and comply with Ghana's consumer protection and trade laws. Counterfeit goods, prohibited items, and misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to Ololo Express's return policy, which varies by product category. BuySafe escrow transactions follow a separate BuySafe agreement. Ololo Express is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond our mediation role.
All content on Ololo Express — including logos, design, and software — is owned by Ololo Express Ghana Ltd. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Ololo Express a licence to display them on the platform.
Ololo Express provides the marketplace as-is. We are not liable for the quality of products sold by third-party sellers, delays caused by logistics partners, or losses arising from force majeure events. Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana.
