We share your data only with: sellers fulfilling your orders (name, delivery address, order contents), logistics partners for delivery, payment processors for transaction processing, and regulatory authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Payment card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners and never stored on our servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Ololo Express staff.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. You may also withdraw marketing consent, request data portability, or object to certain processing activities.
