Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through mobile money or bank transfer. Please note that return delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, intimate wear, and clearance items are non-refundable.
