Afrikiko Leisure Centre, a top hospitality destination in Accra known for its scenic ambiance, themed nights, and a rich blend of local and continental cuisine, is seeking a Restaurant Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Ensure smooth guest flow and timely table turnover.

Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.

Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the hostess station.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and effectively.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a hostess or in a front-of-house restaurant role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.

Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
